1. Excavations
Clearing, placement and grading as necessary.

Footers: Strength of 3000 psi reinforced with steel
Floor support: engineered floor trusses on 19.2” centers
Walls: 3000 psi concrete block
Termite protection: soil pretreatment before completion
3. Exterior walls
Framing: 2” X 6” studs or logs (preference), 12” log siding, exterior foundation walls to be simulated stone.
